About Games People Play
The Games People Play products are manufactured by Thermopro using high-tech thermoforming equipment. ThermoPro, Inc. is a privately held company based in metropolitan Atlanta. Founded in 1976, the company was transformed from a manufacturer of storage containers to a leading supplier of display products through catalog sales.
ThermoPro's expertise in thermoforming clear materials resulted from manufacturing proprietary product lines. We developed our process to produce high quality, optically clear parts demanded by our customers. We quickly became well known for our high quality standards and our use of traditional materials such as ABS, PETG, ABS Alloys, Styrene, and Polyethylene. ThermoPro's expertise with these materials make us ideally suited to create and manufacture the Prize Wheel.
LIMITED WARRANTY:
The Prize Wheel is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship and we agree to repair or replace any product that proves defective for a period of one year from date of purchase. This warranty may be enforced only by the original retail customer and is not transferable. Alteration, repair, or attempted repair of the unit by anyone not authorized will void this warranty. Damage resulting from shipment is not covered (claims for shipping damage must be presented to the shipper).
The product must be shipped freight prepaid in the original packaging or substantially similar packaging providing an equal amount of protection. We will reimburse the cost of shipping at standard ground service freight rates to and from the repair facility.
Sole liability for any defective product is limited to, at our option, the repair or replacement of the unit. The Prize Wheel shall not be liable for any other damages, whether incidental, consequential, or damages based upon inconvenience, loss of the use of the unit, loss of time or otherwise. This warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
CLAIMS:
Inspect all cartons/products immediately upon receipt for visible and/or concealed damages. Claims for missing or damaged goods must be made within 15 days after receipt of shipment or the claim will be denied. Please contact Customer Service with any questions about filing claims.
MONEY BACK GUARANTY:
Should you be dissatisfied with the Prize Wheel for any reason and you contact us by phone or e-mail within 30 days of receipt, you may return for a refund.
