We can provide a custom designed prize wheel using your graphics design or create
a design for you for a minimum order of five (5) prize wheels.

Custom Wheels are produced in the same way as the Number Wheel and
Cash Wheel and can be made with 12, 24, 36 and 48 pins/segments.
You can create a completely unique design. If you like our 2 standard
wheel designs but want to change the color, let us know. We can do that, too!

We have .eps templates to assist you with your 12, 24, 36 or 48 segment design.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Your Wheel Design: You create your own design and send it to us to produce your wheel for you.

Use Your Custom Colors on One of Our Pre-Designed Wheels: You want to use the design of the Numbers Wheel or Cash Wheel but would like to change the colors.

Your Center Plate on One of Our Pre-Designed Wheels: You want to add a customized center plate to the either the Numbers Wheel or Cash Wheel and provide us with the file to produce for you.

Custom Design*: You want us to design a new wheel design for you.

• For custom designs that we create for you, you will be emailed a pdf proof of the wheel by email prior to final production of the wheel. Production will begin after we receive a reply in writing (email is acceptable) that the proof is acceptable.**
• 100% color accuracy of your final wheel segment prints is not guaranteed via pdf proof. If you have specific Pantone colors that need to be used, please let us know what they are so that we can ensure good color accuracy.***
• Customized prize wheels will be shipped within 15 business days after approval on the design.****

A minimum of 5 wheels per order is required. Pricing does not include shipping.

* Copyright: Games People Play maintains ownership of all artwork we create for the customer. If additional wheels need to be produced and the customer would like to forward those files with another vendor, the files can be purchased with all copyright ownership given to the client for $300.00 per design.

**Customers who cancel their orders after the design process begins or if the customer rejects all submitted designs and decides to terminate the contract will be billed for the hours spent on the project with a minimum bill of two (2) hours.

*** Printed color proofs are available for an additional fee and take up to 5 days to ship.
