1.  Question:  Who uses the Prize Wheel?

Answer:  Businesses of any kind, HR departments, sales and other
training facilities, trade shows, schools, radio stations, fairs, concerts,
sporting events, anything for prize giveaways. Really, there are dozens
and dozens of applications – be creative!

2.  Question:  What does the Prize Wheel come with? 

Answer:  Everything you need comes with your purchase: The Wheel, the corresponding stand, a CD with templates for customizing your prizes, complete assembly instructions and all fasteners, wrenches and Allen Wrenches needed to assemble.

3.  Question:  Is the Prize Wheel a quality made product? 

Answer:  Absolutely!  Black Wheels are made of a combination of extra tough ABS plastic and durable PETG plastic.  Clear Wheels are made entirely of PETG. For Clicker Wheels, the clicker itself is made of virtually unbreakable nylon plastic, able to withstand hundreds of spins. The tabletop and floor stands and wall mounts are made of high quality, powder coated steel. 

4.  Question:  How can I customize my prizes? 

Answer:  With the templates we provide you in both Microsoft Word and Adobe Illustrator format, you can take ordinary 8 ½” X 11” paper and create your own prizes. For color, you can use a color printer or colored paper, whatever suits your needs.  Customizing the logo works the same way. 5.  Question:  How can I protect or transport my Prize Wheel?

6.  Question:  Is the Prize Wheel difficult to assemble? 

Answer:  No. The instructions included make it easy to assemble.  It typically takes no more than 30 minutes.  We recommend two people assemble the Super Prize Wheel.

7.  Question:  How quickly can I get my Prize Wheel? 

Answer:  Normally we ship within 2-5 business days of receipt of confirmed funds, such as credit card purchases. Customer Service can confirm a ship date upon request.  Same day shipping is available for a surcharge if order is placed before 12 p.m.(noon) E.S.T. 

8.  Question:  Are my credit card purchases secure? 

Answer:  Yes. We carefully safeguard your credit card information on our secure site to protect against fraud and theft.

9. Question: Does the Prize Wheel have to be disassembled to transport it?

Answer:  Though the Wheel is very portable while assembled within a facility and in a vehicle of sufficient size, it does have to be partially disassembled to transport in other instances, such as to and from a trade show.

10. Question: If I need to return my Prize Wheel, are there any special shipping requirements?   

Answer:  Yes. Per the warranty section it states, "The product must be shipped prepaid in the original packaging or substantially similar packaging providing an equal amount of protection." If a returned product is not resalable due to improper packaging, a restocking fee of 30% of the cost will be charged and shipping fees will not be reimbursed.
